All Coastwood’s New Zealand made furniture carries a 25 Year quality Guarantee and all Imported furniture carries a two year guarantee.

- Your claim will be assessed by our in-house quality team. Images may be required to evaluate the claim.
- Coastwood will arrange for repair of the faulty product either by an approved contractor on or off site or at our factory.
- Written authorisation from our Customer Service department must accompany any goods which are returned.
- The guarantees protect against any material or construction fault, excluding misuse, negligence, alteration, accident and normal wear.
- Fabrics and coverings are not included in this guarantee. These warranties are supplier by their respective fabric houses.
- All claims must be made to the original supplier (Coastwood or Coastwood on-seller) where proof of purchase will be required.
- The guarantees apply to the original purchaser only and do not apply to commercial applications.
- For products being returned to Coastwood for repair, Coastwood will cover return freight costs from the customer to the factory. Where the problem is not a manufacturing fault, Coastwood will not be responsible for freight costs.
- Coastwood reserves the right to replace the product if repair is not possible.
- Our guarantee does not apply to any custom-made furniture, so please check all details carefully when ordering.
